Cutting tolerance: For production reasons, the cut length can differ from your chosen measurement by 2 to 3 mm.
We cut in the length only – and we do it professionally: after the precise cut we neatly re-staple the felt at the back and clean the entire panel. We deliberately do not cut the width, because that can vary by a few millimetres from project to project – it is best to measure that on site directly on the panel and then simply trim the width yourself with a utility knife through the felt.

It always depends on the lighting and the look of the panels. That is why you can order a sample of every variant, and up to 4 samples are free of charge. Our showroom in Gütersloh is open to you too: simply book an appointment online.
All goods in this shop are covered by the legal guarantee of at least two years. If the goods do not match the description or do not function as intended, you get free repair or free replacement, and in some cases a price reduction or full reimbursement. Just get in touch with us as soon as possible, ideally with your proof of purchase.
Acoustic panels longer than 120 cm are delivered by us with our own van and our own staff – so that your panels arrive undamaged, safely and on time. Lengths like these cannot be sent by ordinary post, and freight forwarders are too unreliable for us here.
What we charge for is the driving distance from our warehouse in Gütersloh: €1.00 per kilometre within Germany. Delivery to Gütersloh, Bielefeld and Herford is free of charge.
We combine deliveries into planned routes, so how long it takes depends on how far away you are: around Bielefeld, Gütersloh usually within 2 working days, elsewhere in North Rhine-Westphalia (Düsseldorf, Köln) up to 8 working days, further afield (southern Germany, for example) up to 14 working days. It never takes longer than 14 working days. We email you the date and a time slot in advance.

Larger items travel by freight forwarder or in our own delivery vehicle. We always send you the delivery date by email beforehand so that someone is there to receive it.
